T4 participant's include AAPT, Adam Internet, Austar, iiNet, Internode, Macquarie Telecom, Optus, Primus Telecom, Telarus, TransACT, WestNet and Unwired. A summary of each participant's business is provided below:

Unwired Unwired is a wireless broadband carrier and is listed on the ASX. It has the majority of licensed spectrum in the WiMAX designated 2.3GHz and 3.5GHz spectrum in major population centres and some regional areas covering about 64 per cent of Australia’s total population. These areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and Queanbeyan, regional south Western Australia, the NSW central coast and Newcastle, Geelong and surrounding areas.
